This department provides Nephrology services to patients needing care for.
Nephrology Services
- Acute Renal Failure and long term management of Chronic Renal Failure.
- Diagnosis and management of Nephrotic Syndrome, Lupus in Nephritis, Diabetis Nephropathy etc.
- Performing procedures like Kideny Biopsy, percutaneous CAPD Catheter insertion & perm-cath insertion.
- Treatment of various poison cases
- Providing different modes of Renal Replacement Therapies like CAPD (Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis) , short and long term (maintenance) hemodialysis
- Continuous Renal Replacement Therapies (CRRT) like CAVHD, CVVHD, etc.
- Plasmapheresis for conditions like GBS(Guillain Barre Syndrome), Myasthenia Gravis etc.
Kidney Transplant Unit
Kidney Transplants are being performed since last 20 years at our centre. Up until now we have performed over 250 renal transplant successfully. Our hospital remains the first to have successfully done a Cadaver Kidney transplant in Marathwada Region.
Cadaver Package
Cadaver based Kidney Transplant Procedure is Rs.2,75,000/- (Rs. Two Lac Seventy Five Thousand) Excluding medicines & Consumables.
