Dr. Gajanan Deshmukh Certified Orthopaedic surgeon with 4 years of post graduation training. Worked under the guidance of eminent Orthopaedic Surgeons. Managed orthopaedic emergencies, outpatient inpatient departments, assisting and independently doing minor and major surgeries including trauma, Spine, Arthroplasty, Arthroscopy and Paediatric Orthopaedics.

• Assist consultant in various major Orthopaedic procedures and be the first surgeon during all basic trauma surgeries and primary Arthroplasty.
• In chargeof the mortality and morbidity presentations during the hospital grand rounds.
• To conduct trauma audits and preoperative audits.
• Present the departmental activities during the monthly hospital meetings.
• To take classes for theOrthopaedic trainees, emergency room doctors and staff regarding the orthopaedic procedures.

Spine experience

• Performed independant basic spine surgeries such as laminectomy and discectomy at Dr Ulhas patil medical college Jalgaon and Arogya Hospital Salumber and Om Chaitanya Hospital Pune
